Modifications

We endeavour to accommodate modifications to your order if requested seven (7) days before the date of your order.

We reserve the right to decline an order modification if we cannot complete the request. 

Cancellations/Refunds

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for any cancellations made within seven (7) days of your order. 

Issues and Faults

All claims require photo evidence in order to be assessed.
