Allergen

Our products may contain common allergens, including but not limited to: nuts, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, dairy, eggs, and gluten. We take precautions to prevent cross-contact, but it's important to note that our bakery handles these allergens on-site.

When placing custom orders, please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions so that we can take extra precautions to accommodate your needs. We will do our best to accommodate special requests and provide alternative options whenever possible.

Customisations 

While we strive to replicate your requested design, the handmade nature of our products means no two custom creations will be identical. This may include variation in colour, texture and shape. 

In the event that specific ingredients are unavailable for the requested design, we may need to substitute them with alternatives.

Order pickup

All products are to be picked up via our Bankstown location. We presently do not ship or deliver any orders (local delivery may be available upon request).
