Shipping policy

 What products can be shipped and to where?

We presently are only shipping our cookies and brownies. These are shipped to all postal addresses in Australia via express delivery. 

All other products can be picked up via our Bankstown location. For any questions or local delivery requests, please email info@donutsbynk.com.

When will my shipped order arrive?

Shipped goods must be ordered by 5pm three (3) days prior to the selected dispatch date. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, only a dispatch date.

We ship our goods through Australia Post’s express delivery service. Estimated delivery times for all deliveries within Australia are 1-4 business days.
